Welcome to our SnowTree Monthly VIP Box! By signing up for this convenient and personalized cleaning kit, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. **Subscription Overview:**
You are subscribing to receive our products on a recurring basis. Your chosen products will be billed and shipped automatically every 30 days from the date of your initial subscription purchase. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee to the payment method you provided at the time of initial purchase.

2. **Billing:**
The subscription fee will be automatically charged to your designated payment method every 30 days, starting from the date of your first subscription purchase. You agree to maintain valid payment information to ensure uninterrupted service. Any changes to your payment information should be updated through your account settings before your next billing cycle.

3. **Products**
Each Month's products are listed above in the description. For the first Month you have the choice of color for your BoroBuddy Mini (Red, Grass, Midnight, Sapphire Blue, Royal Purple). 

4. **Shipping:**
Your selected products will be shipped to the shipping address you provided during the initial subscription setup. Shipping costs are included in the subscription fee. Any changes to your shipping address should be emailed to us within 3 days of your next shipment date. 

5. **Cancellation and Pause:**
You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time by emailing Help@SnowTreeworldwide.com. Cancellations made before the next billing date will prevent any further charges, and you will not receive any more products after the current subscription cycle. Pausing your subscription will temporarily halt billing and shipments for the desired duration, with the subscription automatically resuming thereafter.

6. **Refunds and Returns:**
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every product. If you encounter any issues or are dissatisfied, please contact our customer support. Refunds or replacements will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds for subscription charges are subject to our refund policy.

7. **Changes to Terms:**
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you through email or notifications in your account settings. Continued use of the subscription service after changes are made implies your acceptance of the updated terms.
